Outlook 2003 error message add-in fxsext32.dll

I receive the following error message when I try to send an email message
using Outlook 2003: Add-in c:/Windows/system32/fxsext32.dll could not be
installed for loaded. See detect and repair or help menu."

The message is not sent until I click on the error message, and then often
only a portion of the message is sent

Detect and repair does not repair.

Can anyone help me solve this problem
 
Thanks, but can you please tell me how to find and delete the Extend.DAT
file. Thanks
