I have about 1000 email addresses in my newsletter list assembled over a 5
year period and want to sort to make sure I have no duplicates. Any way to
sort, perhaps alphabatized?

tell us something that may help us understand what you are looking at.

What is "my newsletter list"? Is it a Contacts Folder? Is it a
Distribution List? Be EXACT and maybe someone can help.

Hi there

Assuming you have your email addresses in your ourlook contacts - best I can
suggest is that you export your contacts to, say, excel, and there you can
sort and filter and all sorts of stuff. To export File > Import and Export >
Export to a file > next choose your file type to export to [lets assume
Microsoft Excel - though you have lots of choices] - next - choose what to
export from [you should find contacts on the list you are offerred] etc ..

It is a distribution list.

Try doing a google search for "outlook duplicate remover". There are several
utilities that do it and some are free trial offers that you can run.
