I imported the emails & contacts from a prior version of outlook. I can see
all the emails, subfolders, contacts & its subfolders, but it does not show
up under addressbook, when i try to send an email. Nor can i send an email
when i go to contacts and try to send an email.

Can somebody please help me.

Thanks

Right-click your Contacts folder and choose Properties. Click the Outlook
Address Book tab and check the "Show this folder and an e-mail Address Book"
box. If that box is gray, close the properties and click Tools>E-mail
Accounts>Add a new directory or address book>Next>Additional Address
Books>Next. Select Outlook Address Book and click Next, then Finish. GO
back to the Contacts properties and follow the initial instructions.
