Outlook 2003 e-mail Signature changes fonts in replies

When I reply someone's e-mail the fonts of my signature change from 12 to 10
and we don't seem to find a reason why it is doing that.
Any solution to this strange behavior?

Since Outlook will use for its replies the same format as that used by the
incoming messages, perhaps the mesage to which you're replying used a 10 pt
font.
 
Hi Ursula,

I experience the same problem but not just with the font size. The font type
also changes including the header of the previous message. So far, no one
seems to really know what is causing it. From all the problems I see in the
news groups, it would appear that we have just one of the many problems with
MS software.
