Is there a way to disable the "new mail notification" (in my case
a letter icon in the system tray) when new mail arrives and is deposited
into the "Junk E-mail" folder. I would like to look at the Junk E-mail
folder
only a few times a day. I now need to examine Outlook each
time the letter icon appears, to make sure that I don't miss "real"
email messages although many times it is just new message that have
gone to the Junk E-mail folder.

Thanks,
Marius

No, the setting is either all or nothing.
