What is the limitations of an Outlook 2003 Distribution List? How many
addresses
can you have in a single DL, or is it a Character limitation?

I reposted in Outlook General questions to clarify my question, all the
answers I got were pertaining to 2007. My question is regarding 2003, but I
did not see an answer from Roady in either location.
I still have my question: What is the limitation of an Outlook 2003 DL?

You started a new post twice in the Outlook General newsgroup; this thread
and a thread half an hour before you started this one named "Dist List". I
answered there before you reposted and 8 hours later you got another reply
by VanguardLH.

I don't know which "all other answers" you are referring to. Both of the
posts show up in the official NNTP version of this newsgroup and the
official web based newsreader hosted by Microsoft;

Anyway, my reply was the following;
You'll probably reach the practical limitation before you reach the
technical one.
Why are you asking this? Are you running into any issues using DLs in
Outlook?
