Outlook (2003) Desktop

Does anyone know how to save the desktop (ie., toolbar and other custom tools). I have tools (example)for Adobe and I move them on the same bar (line) but they keep moving back to separate bars when I close and reopen Outlook? TIA

Adobe is bad about "refreshing" the toolbars to "old settings", same
problem in Word.
