Outlook 2003 crashes when started HELP!!

I have been using outlook for a while with no problems. Until about a week
ago I start it up and it just crashes. I can't do anything in the program
before it crashes. It askes if I want to send an error report and restart the
program. Anyways here is what it says.....Faulting application outlook.exe,
version 11.0.5207.5, stamp 3ea0af8d, faulting module msouplug.dll, version
2004.1.4.17, stamp 4156f98d, debug? 0, fault address 0x000104ca.
When I go to the office update page it says everything is up to date. I
tired manully d/ling updates and won't install them cause file version is
wrong. Please help me recover my outlook. Thanks
 
Try going to Control Panel | Add/Remove Programs | Office 2003 (or Outlook
2003 if that's all you have) | Change and do a "Detect and Repair"
installation on it.

Great advice for my similar problem from this MVP.

My Outlook was crashing after *exactly* two minutes of idle time, every time,
whether I started working in the program or not. I used the Windows clock pop
up in the lower right corner of my desktop where the time is displayed to check
the time. Two minutes.

I put my Active Sync disk in the CD drive, opened it, navigated through the
Extras folder to the Outlook folder and opened Setup.exe. I selected the first
of the three buttoned options, and set the radio button for Detect and Repair.
It's stable now and I have not rebooted.

I used AOL's newsreader to find the Outlook newsgroup, considered an original
post, but found this thread instead.

I'd done a reinstall before, to "the original installation", and that may have
created this two minute condition.

I have already tired that and still crashes. I have uninstalled it and
reinstalled and still crashes.
 
Try a new mail profile - Control Panel->Mail Icon->Show Profiles->New. Do
not copy the old profile.

Mine seemed to be working but fails now after what I did not measure
this time but expect is still exactly two minutes.

OUTLOOK caused an invalid page fault in
