I am experiencing a problem with several client users using Microsoft Office
Oultook 2003, they try to setup the Cache Exchange Mode (Offline feature),
but when they try to send a new message Outlook crash, and the program is
close.
Is there is a fix for it?
The Mail system that we are using is Exchange 2000 with Outlook 2003 as a
mail client.
Any ideas or fixes it will be greatly appreciated.
Thanks in advance.

Does this happen even when you create a new mail profile and enable cached
mode?
Event logs of any use?

Yes, I deleted the mail profile and recreate a new one and it happen again.
When I setup the the Cache mode the sync. finish OK but when I try to send a
new message Outlook crashes, it appears that has to be with the Outlook
forms, I do not know , maybe I am guessing. In the Event Viewer, system logs
tells me the following:

Are you using Word as email editor? Try disabling that.
Also try a detect & repair in Outlook if this doesn't work - help menu.

And if that doesn't help, could you look for an error event with a "fault
bucket" number (should be the event just before or after the event you
posted above) and post that number?

Problem solved.
Follows what I did:
Install Windows XP SP2
Remove Office 2003
Run Office 2003 updates.
Delete my mail profile.
Launch Outlook wizard, create new profile with The Cache
Exchange mode enable, and it is working now fine, I am
thinking maybe some modules or office 2003 libraries got
corrupted,hope this will help.
Thanks for all your help.
Happy Holiday Season to ALL!!!
