Outlook 2003 Contacts problem

When I open contacts in Microsoft Office Outlook 2003 I get a window along
with an audio warning that says.

Microsoft Office Outlook

The custom form could not be opened. Outlook will use an outlook form
instead.

Only then does the specified contacts information show.

My operating system is XP Pro.

This article addresses the same issue for Outlook 2000:
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/q251415/ However, since
they recommend an update would solve, go to Office Update,
download and install all updates.
