Outlook 2003 - Can't send emails with attachments

For some reason, I cannot send emails with attachments. This started
happening about a week ago. They just sit in the outbox. I tried the repair
feature for Office which did not work. I also verified that Norton was not
scanning outgoing emails. I can send emails with attachments from my web
email so I know it is not an issue with my provider. Any suggestions?

Could you turn on diagnostic logging (see
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;Q300479) and post
the OPMLog.log file after this happens?
