Outlook 2003 - can I view it like version 2000/02

I am new to office 2003 and would find it easier to start
with Outlook looking like I am used to - version 2000.

Is there a "classic" view like this is with windows xp ?

No, there is not a 'classic view' option. You can get back some of the
features: http://www.slipstick.com/outlook/ol2003/interface.htm#classic but
we recommend giving yourself a few weeks to get used to the new design.
