Outlook 2003 Calendar View Problem

Hi everyone, This is my first time posting a problem. Hope
someone will be able to help. I recently deployed Office
2003 to about 50 machines in my company. I created a
public folder calendar for our IT dept in Outlook 2003. In
the calendar, I place all the people who are going on
leave on certain dates (creating an all day event). In the
list that shows up, I am able to see only the first 5-6
people. On one particular day, there were about 15 people
who were not going to be in. All the names were added and
only the first 6 people were visible. I tried to print
thinking there might be a problem in the view but it
prints only the first 6 people. Please help.
 
Can you still create extra appointments for that specific day or is it
limited to 6 all day events?

I can create more appointments for that day. Only problem
is they don't show up. At one instance, I was able to see
upto 10 people in the list but when I tried to print, only
6 showed up on the list.
