Boss and secretary. Secretary takes a new job elsewhere. Secretary's
account was disabled and deleted according to our normal procedures.

For some reason, every time the boss has an appointment or meeting
scheduled by her new secretary (or anyone else for that matter), we get
bounce back message saying that the former secretary's email cannot be
found. Below is the exact message:

<<<<<<**********<<<<<<<

Your message did not reach some or all of the intended recipients.

Subject: Test date for ****** (former secretary)
Sent: 4/7/2005 2:18 PM

The following recipient(s) could not be reached:

****** (former secretary) on 4/7/2005 2:18 PM
The e-mail account does not exist at the organization this
message was sent to. Check the e-mail address, or contact the
recipient directly to find out the correct address.
<servername.companyname.com #5.1.1>

<<<<<<**********<<<<<<<

I checked the boss's Delegates tab under Tools/Options and nothing is
listed there. Does anyone have any ideas where else I can look for
this old email address in relation to the calendar?

I'd be HUGELY in your debt for any assistance with this!!

Thanks!!

Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact. Due to
the (insert latest virus name here) virus, all mail sent to my personal
account will be deleted without reading.

After furious head scratching, (e-mail address removed) asked:

Thanks, but the KB article applies to MS Schedule+ 7.0, we are running
MS Exchange 2003 with Outlook 2003.

We checked the MS Exchange 2003 CD for the "mdbvu32.exe" referenced in
the article but it is not there.
