Outlook 2003/Cache Mode

I have a workstation that cannot receive mail when cache mode is enabled.
Once I uncheck cach mode, it works fine. His outlook web access works fine
also. Any recommendations? Thanks.

First thing I would try, since it is the easiest, is shut outlook down
completely and then rename the OST file, sign back in, let it rebuild and
see if it suddenly starts to work.
