Hello,

This problem just started this weekend. I have been using Outlook 2003 on
this computer since, well 2003. When I reply to or forward an email from my
In Box, after the replay or forwards have been sent out of the Out Box, the
original email in my In Box is deleted. Every original email I send as a
reply or forward is deleted. My only record of the original email is in the
Sent Box in the body of the reply or forward. What is causing this?? Is
there a setting I can change or what has happened?? I am up to date on all
Windows XP and Office 2003 updates.

Thanks,

Mark

You are leaving out some information. Check the view settings on your Inbox.
Convince us these messages are deleted. If, for example, your Inbox is set
to "Sort by Icon," these messages would of course disappear from your view,
but they would not be deleted. If they were deleted, you would find them in
your Deleted Items Folder.

Click View>Arrange By>Current View. WHat's checked. My guess is on "Unread
Messages". If that's the case, check "Messages" instead.
