outlook 2003 autocleanup - wont go away!

Everytime I launch Outlook, and try to send an email, the auto cleanup
appears, and no matter what I do, and hit ok, it comes back. I can not send
an email.

This is the auto cleanup that is part of the Outlook app.

How could I just diable it? Or is there a fix.

You can't.

Or is there a fix.

It's working exactly as it should.
