Hello All!

Please, I need some help with an interesting Outlook 2003 Issue. This
problem ONLY occurs with my logon so I suspect that something is corrupt in
the registry related to my Account/Logon? However, I thought it might be
worth asking for help here.

1. This problem only occurs while using Outlook in the "Rich Text" mode
(neither of the Word 2003 Checkboxes checked in the Options) to send
messages with attachments listed in the message body.

2. When I actually try to "attach" a File to a message in the body of the
message I get the following error message:

"Out of memory or system resources. Close some windows or programs and try
again."

3. Interestingly, if I Save, Close then reopen the message, the attachment
and the "Graphic" representing it is there!!

I have taken the following steps to try and resolve this issue but without
any success so far.

1. I have run Scanpst on the associated .pst file.
2. I have created a new Mail profile.

Thanks for your help!

Hi there!
-Could this be related to you antivirus application, trying to scan what you
are adding into your email? Do you have email scanning enabled?

-If this is on Windows 2000 or later, try to create a new windows account
and create a new Outlook profile for this account and try it out; it could
be some kind of corruption in your windows profile.

Other than that, I am out of ideas, sorry.

-Robert.
