Hi,

I need some help on some "anyoing" behavior on Outlook 2003:

1.) When writing emails, Outlook 2003 converts all letters
after hitting the return key to uppercase. So each line
starts with an uppercase character - even if a sentence is
not finished.

How can I switch this off?

2.) I get a lot of emails from unix mailers.
Each of these mails is a bulk of words without linefeeds.
I have to click on the "hint line" "The unnecessary line breaks
of the message body have been removed automatically"
(sorry, text is translated and may read not the same in
EN version of ol2003).

Where can I switch this "feature", so I can read mail the way
they are sent?

I didn't find any option applets for these settings.

Thanks in advance for any hint.

Rainer

#2 is Tools | Options | Preferences tab | Email Options button | and uncheck
the remove line breaks checkbox (4th or 5th one from the top).

#1 Sounds like an auto-correct option. Try Tools | Options | Spelling tab |
AutoCorrect Options.
