Before I upgraded from Outlook 2000 to 2003, I would get then nice little
"you have new mail dummy" envelope in the systray when EVER I got new email
messages. Now I only get them for items in my Inbox. I have rules setup to
place incoming mail from certain people into that person's subfolder under
the Inbox and the rules work fine but NO envelope! The only way I've found
that sort of works is to customize all of my rules adding to Display in the
New Item Alert Window. This brings back my envelope but also adds an
annoying popup window. Any information or help would be appreciated.
