Outlook 2003 and Internet Explorer

I just upgraded to Outlook 2003 from Outlook 2000. How
do I put and Internet Explorer icon on my toolbar? I
could do it in 2000 but can't figure it out in 2003.
 
Hi,

You can goahead and create a new tollbar and then add the Internet Explorer
icon to that Toolbar.
