Outlook 2003 and exchange server

I want to set up outlook 2003 such that each client that
accesses the exchange server by default accesses one
accounts contacts, tasks, notes and calander as opposed to
haveing their own calander and then having to click on the
other accounts calander to open it

Do you mean have all clients access the same mailbox? Why? Why not use
public folders for items that you want all people to access?
