outlook 2003 has an email account set up with Microsoft Exchange server, but
when going to add another account with a differnet type it is grayed out.
Like when in the type like Pop3 IMAP etc. they are all grayed out except for
Microsoft Exchange server.

Is this a company machine? Did the Exchange admin purposely restrict the
accounts for corporate reasons?

After furious head scratching, BrianDaDude asked:

yes it is Honeywell, and no they are not restricting the accounts for
corporate reasons. I can do it on my machine, and many other machines to add
an account, but that one is the only one

Shouldn't the Honeywell IT department sort this out for you?
