Outlook 2003 and Activesync

I've recently had my work PC upgraded from Win2k and Office 2002 to XP with
Office 2003. Since which time my iPAQ will not sync to the PC, everytime
it starts to sync, I get an error telling me that Outlook is not installed.
The iPAQ is available to browse, send and convert files etc, it just will
not talk to Outlook 2003. Any Ideas ??

My Active Sync will start, realize that I have more than one Outlook
profile setup and then just hang and complain until I start Outlook with
the profile I want it to sync with.

Try starting Outlook, leave it in the background, then put your IPaq in
the docking station and see if that works.
