Outlook 2003, Add outgoing email address to safe senders?

I want all the people I send an email to added to the Safe senders list.

Its a pain when I send a new person email and am awaiting a response and
forget that its going to show up in the junk mail folder first...

Apply Office 2003 SP1 and then check the appropriate box on the junk email
filter settings dialog.
