Here is an example of what my problem is. When I send a file such as
2004-08-24 meeting agenda.xls, when it delivers the file name is
2004-08-24meetingagenda.xls. All of the spaces have been deleted. The same
thing happens when I receive a file. Any ideas how I can get this corrected?

Perhaps I'm thick, but why is this such a problem?

Everyone in my business save the files in the same manner, with
spaces. When I send them a files we all use, they have to resave it
in the manner that everyone else does. Understand??

Yes, I understand, but spaces or not, the name isn't any less clear and
useable.

However, I read another note that indicated ZoneAlarm's MailSafe feature can
cause this. If you are running ZoneAlarm, disable the MailSafe feature and
see if that alleviates the problem.

When you have 25 people using the same file, it is important that the file
name stay consistant.
I tried your zone alarm solution and had no luck.
