Outlook 2002

All of a sudden I am getting emails with the attached "! Notification" -
"A program is trying to access email addresses you have stored in Outlook. Do you want to allow this? If this is unexpected, it may be a virus."

It pops up with every email I get (which are mostly garbage). I have "I Hate Spam" installed and I just updated to Outlook 2002 SP3. Any help ayone can give would be appreciated.
 
You should scan your pc for a virus.
