When I click on a hot link instead of going to the hot
link site a dialog box opens asking if I want to install
software to my PDA. Does not seem to matter what e-mail
contains the hot link it always goes to the dialog box
asking to install the software.Below is part of the text
that is in the dialog box.

Sounds like a registry setting has been altered. Try this: In Internet
Explorer, click Tools>Internet Options>Programs>Reset Web Settings.
