Outlook 2002 with Word 2003

I have a colleague who has had Word 2003 installed recently. For whatever
reason, they only wanted Word 2003, and had the XP (2002) versions of the
other software left. Now, there is a problem with inserting graphics (such
as clip art) into e-mails in Outlook 2002. Any ideas on how to solve this?

Your colleague may have been using Word for Outlook's editor. This only works
when Outlook and Word are the same version.

Suggest changing over to HTML format using Outlook's editor.
