Outlook 2002 sending all mail to deleted items

About six months ago Outlook started sending one co-workers email to deleted
items. I set up a rule and now she goes into Inbox and I get a message. Now
all of my mail, except this one person, is going to deleted items. I tried
creating a rule but that does not work. Any help would be greatly
appreciated.

Usually the result of 1) a misconfigured rule or 2) an antivirus or -spam
scanner integrated with Outlook and behaving improperly. Outlook itself
will not do what you describe.
