Outlook 2002 Running slow

I am running Outlook 2002 w/sp2 and it runs really slow
when accessing e-mail from our Exchange 5.5 sp4 server.
Calendar works o.k., but when I click on a new mail
message or even an old one at that there is a delay of
about 5-10 seconds before the message appears in the
preview pane. How can this be fixed?

Go to Tools -> Other -> Options and disable Instant Messaging integration.
