Outlook 2002 privacy options

I share my computer with a roommate but I'm the only one who uses Outlook.
When one of us opens outlook, a password prompt opens...but, I have
discovered that a person can both SEND and READ e-mail by just cancelling the
prompt. I don't feel comfortable with my roommate reading all my email or
sending mail from my account. How can I configure Outlook to prevent this?
 
Configure Windows to use separate logons and keep yours password protected.
This means that each of you will have your own system separate from the
other and prying eyes.

Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact. Due to
the (insert latest virus name here) virus, all mail sent to my personal
account will be deleted without reading.
