I have a single machine on Windows XP with 2 user
accounts. I have an e-mail account on POP3 on one of the
user accounts. My ISP allows sub-accounts and I would like
to add an account in the other user account that does not
have e-mail. This will have a different address with a
different name, of course. Can this be done? Where will
this be done, in the primary account? How do I get it to
the other account? Any help is very much appreciated.

You can either add the second account while logged in under the second
Windows account or you can create a second mail profile under the same
windows account. What is your preference?
