Outlook 2002 not saving passwords

Hi,

I've got Outlook 2002 on two WinXP machines. I've entered multiple email
accounts into each of them, which are set up correctly and can send and
receive email fine. The problem is that every time I close Outlook, when I
open it again the passwords have been erased (not saved). Yes, I have been
checking the "save password" checkboxes.

Is this a bug that anyone knows about? Help!!

Actually, this entire article referes to Outlook Express (5.5, 5.01, and
6.0). There's nothing in it about plain ol' Outlook.
