Hello!

Can anyone help explain why I do not have a "Preview Pane" in my Outlook
2002 "Outbox" only?

I have it available and have it on for all outer portions of Outlook, but it
is greyed out and unselectable for the "Outbox" in the "Other Settings"
selection box.

For some reason, it won't allow me to have it on, but I would like to, if
possible.

Any ideas? Thanks!

Apparently the program is written in that manner.. It is, after all, an OUT
BOX and only holds your Email until it is sent.. I would never have "Preview
Panes" on any of my OUTLOOK Folders.. The reason is because if there is a
VIRUS in the EMAIL, and you have a REVIEW PANE, the virus will get out and
into your computer before your programs can stop it.. I always just look at
the FM, the Subject, and hope I can trust whoever is sending the Email to
me.. It is an "easy task" to click on the Email to read it.. If you use
REVIEW PANES, you are setting yourself up for a Virus Attack.. Call anyone
in a nearby computer club and discuss this issue with them.. Hope this
helps..

Patently false, for any Outloko from 2000 to 2003 that is up to date with
the service packs.
