Hi -
One of my users has Outlook 2002. He sent a message with a 23MB
powerpoint file attached. He sent it to various people and he CC'd
himself. All recipients received the message and attachment, except for
himself and another Outlook 2002 user.

Why did Outlook 2002 drop this attachment? There is no error reported,
not even a "This file is too big".... It's simply not there, as if it
was never attached in the first place.

He is using WindowsXP, and Office 2002.

Thanks!

their message size is smaller, correct, so it's not just hidden? Are they
all on the same mail server? Did an email scanner, rule, or 3rdp arty addin
remove it?
