Outlook 2002 is blocking all attachments

Outlook 2002 is blocking all attachments, how do I stop
this. I recieved the following messgae when I tried to
look at a file I sent myself from work.
Outlook blocked access to the following potentially
unsafe attachment ******.mdb

Are you still having this problem?
I had the same problem and did the following:

Tools
Options
Security - I checked the box with less security.
