Outlook 2002 "From Default Email Address"

I have several email profiles setup. However, when I
send an email from any of the profiles the "From line
defaults to the same email address.

How do I change the "from email address" to reflect the
profile I am using at the time?
 
Do you truly have separate *profiles* set up, or just separate e-mail
accounts within the same profile? You'd have to exit and restart Outlook to
switch profiles...

If this is true, then you have the same default account set up in each
profile. Change the default account in the appropriate profile to reflect
the address from which you wish to send.
