Hi,
I have a client site using outlook 2002, its been fine up until the last
week, basically every day a few of the users will report problems with
downloading email
They retrieve email via an external POP3 server.
When I check via webmail on the effected accounts I always find the same
email causing the blockage, this email appears to have some form of embedded
picture, and is to do with ROLEX WATCHES!".
If I delete this particular email via the Webmail interface, the user is
able to download the rest of the email with no problem.
Obviously this is now becoming a pain for both the customer and myself, each
day at least 4 people are effected (different each day)
is there any reason why such an email would not be downloaded via Outlook
2002? is there a patch/fix.
I have SP3 for office installed as well and all updates I can find.
For information I am able to download the problem email using a different
email client - Outlook express for example!
Thanks
TT
