Every time I try to open my Sent Items folder, I get this message:
"Microsoft Outlook has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are
sorry for the inconvenience."
I have done every update on the Support page, defragmented everything, and
it still happens.
Any suggestions? In laymen's terms, please.
