Outlook 2002 - Area Code Default

How do you change the "default" area code when creating a new contact? I
have a user who types the seven digit phone number, and when he tabs out of
the field, the contact information defaults to area code 807 (should be 204).

Any assistance would be appreciated.

Thanks. Found & changed in the start, settings, control panel, phone and
modem options (my locations).
