Outlook 2002 and sharing folders

I had a previous version of Outlook which allowed me to
share folders (i.e. contacts, calendar) with my
secratary. Now, with Outlook 2002, the "share" option
doesn't even appear under "file".
Can anyone help me understand what I need to do?
