Outlook 2000

My Outlook is on my individual computer at work and I need to be able to back
it up to our server. I have tried exporting it but, when I try to open it on
the server, it opens up as a new message and I can't access my calendar or
anything else. Can someone please help me? I just need to know how to back
up all of the information to our server.
