When I try and open Outlook The following message appers, I have removed and
reinstalled Outlook and nothing seems to work. I do not use Outlook as my
email carrier only keep contacts and Calendars in it. I had a lot of entries
which I can get to.
Unable to open your default mail folder. Outlook could not start because
location to send and receive mail could not be found. To ass a location, such
as a personal folder file, double-click the Mail icon in Windows control
panel.

Create a new mail profile and ensure you have selected the no mail option.

Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact. Due to
the (insert latest virus name here) virus, all mail sent to my personal
account will be deleted without reading.
