For some reason I have just lost my pst file completely.
when I tried to log in this morning there was nothing
there and when I looked at the file properties of the pst
file it told me that it had 0kb. Why has this happened
please? Does anybody know how I can get this back? All
my emails have disappeared. Thankfully I backed up on
6th July so I do have everything up to that date but I
just cannot understand why this file has lost everything
without any errors or explanations!!!!!

I would be grateful if somebody could let me know if they
have experienced this problem and also how to fix it (if
at all possible).

Thanks.

Is the PST you see in Outlook, in fact, the same PST you were using before?
Is it named the same? Is it in the same folder? Is it on a network drive?

Is it in the same folder? - Yes
Is it on a network drive - No.

I don't have any answers, then. For some reason, your PST has been damaged.
Did you try running the Inbox Repair Tool on it?
