Outlook 2000

In contacts I have created many sub-folders, which would
normally drop down when creating an e-mail. For some
reason, I am not getting the drop down menu. How do I re-
configure my contacts so that I am able to see all of the
sub-folders and retrieve email addresses from these sub-
folders?
 
Do you have Outlook 2000 configured in Internet Mail Only mode or in
Corporate/Workgroup mode? If you're not sure, check the second line of Help
