When I try send audio file attached to email I get error msg 552...exceeds
file size. However, I have the file size set to 16000KB & the file I am
trying send is only 13000KB.
What do I do?

Maybe the file AND email you are trying to send equal more then 16000KB

You only _think_ you're sending 13,000 KB. Mail cannot send binary files.
It has to encode them into text and that encoding process can increase a
binary file's size by as much as a factor of two. Moreover, it doesn't
matter one whit what size _you_ allow. It's the size your _recipient_ will
accept that matters.
