Outlook 2000 with one folder giving CRC error

I have one folder that give me a CRC error, tried to
delete it but can't, I can move it and rename it.

Of course this is preventing me from backing up the entire
PST file....

Two options. One is the Inbox Repair Tool (scanpst.exe), which should be a
part of your Office installation. The second, and I've done this myself, is
to create a new Personal Folders file and move to it all of the working
folders, leaving the bad one behind. Then remove the bad PST from your
profile, keeping the new one you've just populated.
