Outlook 2000 - Viewing other users folders

I have the ability to view other users folders, mainly
calendar. My problem is I do not know how to remove a
users name from the list of folders that I have already
viewed? Some people have left the office but their name
still appears in the list of Other users folders.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

choose[microsoft exchange server]
Properties
Advanced
Now you see all mailboxes attached in your folderlist.
remove the ones which are not working in your office anymore.
