I am running Outlook 2000 under Windows Vista. I get this error msg when I
try to use To... button inside the write the New EMail function. I have
already copied the wab32.dll to Windows System32. Is there anything that
can be done to allow the uasge of my address book. I can send messages by
going to the contacts folder and right clicking a contact and select "New
message to client".

Switch your email mode from Internet Mail Only (IMO) to Corporate Workgroup
(CW).
Don't start manually copying over dll-files unless you want to corrupt your
Windows Vista installation.
